MAIN FEATURES
This is an interim update that includes further changes to the Applied Systems integration and changes to aid with cashbook reconciliation as well as other improvements, bug fixes and bespoke developments.
Itemised list:
- Client reference (client ID) added to the cashbook reconciliation screen to help with account reconciliation.
- Added a “Show client ID” tick box to the “Cashbook report”
General Broker Only
- Fixed further issues with renewals on AXA IHP schemes taken up via EDI with Applied Systems.
- Fixed an issue with that would occasionally duplicate the postcode on “Address Line 6” of some “Commercial” policies taken up via EDI with Applied Systems
- “Renewal amend risk” can now be taken up via EDI with Applied Systems when a “Renewal invite” isn’t present
- Fixed an issue with “No previous insurance” field on Household policies taken up via EDI with Applied Systems.
- Fixed an issue with premiums figures occasionally displaying incorrectly in the policy premium screen post EDI take up
- Fixed an issue with the “Extended Statement to Excel” whereby an error would occur if an apostrophe was used in the “Policy Holder” field on the linked ledger header.
- Renewal MS=Y added to the multi-invoice “include policies” options which now allows mailshotted renewal rows to work with multi-invoice templates.
- Setting up accident types bug fixed – previously incorrectly showing policy stages instead of the accident type list
- Fixed an issue with “Standard” “Claims bordereau”, character limit on ‘Details of Loss’ column extended.
- Fixed an issue on MTAs taken up via Applied Systems EDI when some specified items were removed
- Fixed an issue with some Commercial Vehicles ‘Body Types’ being declined via Applied System EDI
- Option to ‘Hide’ policies from CFS added on ’New Business (quote conversion)’ report located in Reports > General
- Added ‘Pay Method’ column to Bordereau report when ‘Standard’ is selected on ‘Export to Excel Spreadsheet’ dropdown
- Fixed a bug where the IPT rate was not being automatically calculated, after an IPT value was keyed in after a premium amount.
- Added ‘Previous Insurer’ on the ‘Buildings Cover’ screen of to the mandatory field list for policies used with Applied Systems EDI.
- Fix issue for some Applied Systems quotes, where incorrect “Miscellaneous Date” was causing “Invalid Dates” error”.
- Changes made to xml issued to insurers and Applied Systems EDI when a ‘Safe’ is part of the quote.
- Extended character limit on the ‘Description’ field located within a ‘Claim’ on the ‘Claims Detail’ screen
- Fixed an issue whereby a vehicle couldn’t be permanently deleted on a the ‘Cover & Vehicle (fleet)’ screen of a ‘Fleet’ policy when ‘Deleted Date’ was present
- ’New Business (quote conversion)’ will now handle ‘Lapsed’ policy type rows in respect of output of column header ‘Policy Type’
- Changed rounding on some outputs on Applied Systems EDI xml which were occasionally causing validation error at insurers end
- Adjusted output of Applied Systems EDI xml when buildings was removed which were occasionally causing validation error at insurers end
Financial Adviser
- Fixed an issue when ‘Investment Transaction Trail’ located in ‘Reports’ > ‘Life’ whereby “Export to Excel” would issue a print command instead of exporting to Excel.
